I doubt his claim of shoulder pressing 200lb dumbells


even Coleman struggled with the 160s
Branch said he doesn't go above 150

somehow i doubt markus, when all he does is machines.
even more BS is the "i could probably do 220 in the off season if i tried"

It's probably quite easy for him...He must get a nice bounce off the Synthol that takes him right past the sticking point.

Exactly. The increasd volume from the massive Synthol deposits gives him greter leverage while reducing his range of motion down to mere inches. 220 is probably a low ball figure.

In Ruhl's new vid he does military presses with 5 plates on the Smith Machine, for reps
so it's possible

I'm a big Ruhl fan, and i don't doubt that he would have some of the strongest shoulders out there, but 200lb dumbbell shoulder presses, me don't think so.

If he has two spotters assisting him due to the awkward dbells at that weight-i believe he could do it.  Hes probably the strongest BBer out there.
