No, what he actually said, was that he knew for a fact that Flex was measured by Billy Smith prior to the O, and his bf measurement was 0.0%, the lowest ever reading recorded at Golds Venice...and this was during the broadcast of the 93 mr O. The statement, not the bf measurement.

I talked to a dr. awhile back and asked "what is the lowest BF a human can achieve, theoretically speaking" of course).

He told me that 2,5-3% Bf is absolutely the lowest, if someone has BF that low they only have FAT in their BRAINS and possibly in some of their inner organs. He also said that anything under 4% is nearly imbossible or atleast very hard to achieve and he also said that BF levels this low are dangerous.

BTW: He is an sports doctor.

Flex was the best of the best imo,i dont care if he was a jerk or if he didnt like training,he should have been mr.o.But 0% bodyfat isnt possible,he would have died...u need some fat to live...

Jim Quinn and Billy Smith are saints, no need for them to lie about something like that. Flex is known for his honesty also I mean his calves were real, he was attacked by ninjas only weeks before a huge show, has great shoulders, had naturally bad kidneys and was always a good sport when he lost.
