Yeah but don't forget that this time last year he was in a hospital bed. He improved a lot and came back strong IMO, he is only going to get better. By next year he should show the hardness and detail of years past and I don't think he is in any mood to slack off and show up off.

While I was thinking Cormier lookied like shit, it seems he was holding alot of water, and next contest if he keeps on track he is going to be looking pretty good, christ sakes he was sweating onstage, can't say that this is not a ramp up contest for him....or at least I hope it was.

Jocyln actually looks like he could stomp the shit out of Kamali.

why is he doing that show anyway, isn't he already qualified for the O by placing 5th last year ?

Just one Black Man's opinion.

I have disagreed with guys better than Melvin before, it never impaired what i thought they were capable of onstage.
That said, Should Melvin walk in and win this show? On paper a resounding, "YES!"
Under the bright lights of where he is today in contest prep, I believe my opinion of what could happen is not far off base, it has nothing to do with what I think of the guy.

There are guys in ths show who "Should" never beat Melvin but that doesn't mean if the conditions are right that they can't?
In one week the questions will be answered but I stand by my prediction.

Ask Troy Alves if he thought he was going to lose to Quincy or Chris if he thought Darrem would Ever beat him.
Just my two cents, check back next week

Troy was too smooth for a top 5 but he was still way better than Quincy

Dude looked awefull, shitty attitude too
