It can mean that, or someone died while he was in Prison. His was in Blue, so it could mean that he was a Crip (damn wannabes), he never was incarcerated, and has a menial job, and if he was locked up, his ass would be tried...

The tear-dropers Ive  seen, have been real hard-cases.

I Only been around a couple, but I'd damn well keep my eye on them.
Most also had the obligatory spider webs etc.

The most dangerous MOFOs Ive ever been around are not big guys by and large, they are those w/

now it's getting to be a fad, becuase the rapper The Game has a tear drop tat But dude is from LA and has been around or in gangs.
