I think there are a number of INDIVIDUALS with great genetics and/or structure. Pack some big delts on Arnold (which he deemphasized) and some bigger thighs (which were not a big deal in his time) and you easily have the best BBer ever with a small, tight waist. Haney had shape but his arm genetics suck compared to other black BBers, does that mean he is not one of the elite blacks in BBing? Look at Ferrigno, Wolf, etc. The whole "black genetics" argument seems to come up in sports that most black people partake in; basketball, football and track. It stands to reason that if enough people throughout generations are playing a sport that each generation will improve on the previous accomplishments.
