you might as well pack it up, there is no exercise that can help with your debilitating lack of shoulder width. your barely wider than a normal sized laptop.

good build ,great placing at usa ,tough to crack top 10,,but u said at 5'8 or 5'9 210 and grow into,i'd say to be legit 188 to mid nineties at least a semi lean 220 to 230 off season?and that 's not a fat #### weight ,just lean enough with some abs.

I HEAR YA,to get that bulked and most people unless a real filled out pro can't handle the truth meaning you have to add some extra weight all over .that could include a db chin,moon face,water weight,and losing some definition which is a killer if your vain and most lifters who take it seriously are,all mind games .if you truly want it and can handle not looking your close best off season ,go for it,the ladies might like you leaner with a less fat face.pro's are so large they can get a way with a little db chin.
