also, bulking for naturals is totally a waste of time and effort.
so you lost the fat but kept the strength?
Nope.
If you read his journal, he lost about 50 lbs on his bench press and over 100 on his dead lifts. lololol I told him this would happen, but he refused to listen.
The sad thing is, he is not even near lean. His lifts will go deeper into the crapper, but at least he will not be fat and that he will realize that he was never muscular.
