yeah i'll give you that but if he hopes to make a dent at the Olympia he better do something about that quad sweep because if he shows up at the O with legs like this it's 11th or 12th for him.

Melvin has such superior shape and taper compared the rest of these mo fos. I don't know how he loses to them.

Shape is nice, but needs to be combined with conditioning in order to come out on top.....

I think conditioning is valued too much over basic shape and structure

It's all about the "overall" look...at the pro level, it doesn't take being off my much to cost you 2-3 placings.

.. top 6 mr o material now.... for sure..
i think entering this show was a mistake for melvin.. coming from a top 5 mr o place last year to lose to jackson .. who hasnt placed 10 at the o i believe.... bad for melvins momentum.. especially as the O in under 2 weeks away $:-\$

they're not perfect.. but i think he is maximizing them with his foot positioning in most of his poses.

Agree, His sweep does hurt him, even DH who has 0 sweep at least knows how to pose his legs better. JOJ's thickness was unreal though and his overall conditioning (Darrem looks better from the front IMO)was second only to Hide's.

Melvin, like Chick said has shape, but shape doesn't win shows, or CC would have won. His shape was superior to all.

You need to have the total package to win and last night it was JOJ.

Not dry enough. He'd nothing really special, supposed to be the next Flex, over hyped and over rated IMO. When was the last time he won a show?
