Clean and Jerk.

Deadlift.

Pull Up.

* Honorable mention goes to the old school Olympic Press.

You can get a lot done as far as strength and size with those three.

squats, deadlifts, and bench press definitely. weighted dips and weighted chins? what the hell? pullovers? are you guys serious?

how the fuck does bench make it in this list? bench press is no more manly than any other press(military, incline, decline)

squats, deads, clean press, clean jerk >>>> whole body exercises that generate enormous amounts of energy are manly, not
laying down and doing a upside down pushup

To be honest, I've never tried.  I'm primarily interested in strength and hypertrophy.  It looks like a great way to land on your head.

This a good thread, so I won't clog it up with a debate about what constitutes athleticism.

It's less manly than any exercise which involves a log.  There's no debating that.
