No no I am dead serious how comes many top amateurs come to a show crazy conditionned while more often than not they work 40 hours a week. while some pros can't get shredded to save their life and they don't work at all, they only have to train and eat and don't say it's because of some water manipulations bullshit, most still have fat to lose not water |

Amatuers get in shape the same as the pros...difference is weight classes VS standing on stage next to guys who outweigh you by 40-90 lbs....and trying to be competitive.
Believe me..if it were as easy as you think, there would be a lot more pro's walking around out there..!

Melvin is a far superior bodybuilder than any of those guys on stage tonight (besides Cormier in his younger days). He should never lose to guys of this echeleon. Even though he was somewhat off, I still think he should have won

....Melvin looked to me like he just went in....did very little actual precontest hocus pocus......coming off two surgeries....get your feet wet onstage again....will dry out properly for the "O" and beat all those ahead tonight.....why fully peak early and then try to hold it?
