Ah... it should be interesting, now that Quincy Taylor is being prepped by Bob Cicherillo. Bob is going to show him some of his 'most excellent' posing, and making sure Quincy will be back in prime physique two weeks away for the Olympia!

I certainly hope so ! Quincy sure talks a lot of shit about Toney Freeman, when in fact, Toney looks MUCH, MUCH better than Quincy. Let's see if Quincy, with Bob's help, can back up his physique against Toney ! Let's see if he can PROVE he has the better physique !  |

Until QT learns to listen to ONE prep guy (meaning dialing it in), he'll never hit it right. You can be taking advice from 3 different people and mixing it. He has all the potential in the world. It just has to be honest what what he's taking and how much when using people for prep.
