man, cormier must be demoralised. I wonder if he will continue competing. Chick, is it correct that his contract required him to qualify for the O in order to get renewal? I heard a rumour to that effect.

That's the classic response when someone doesn't win. "I was peaking for the Olympia".  When you get beat by three guys who weren't in last year's top 10 at the Olympia; that doesn't give you a whole lot of momentum going into the Olympia. Melvin is a great bodybuilder but he let this one slip away. He goes in and WINS this show, people are talking about him being a threat to the top 3-4. Now there are doubts lingering if he can improve on his 5th place finish from last year and did his surgeries set him too far back? Guess we'll see. It will make for some interesting questions at the press conference at least. |

how comes many top amateurs come to a show crazy conditionned while more often than not they work 40 hours a week.
while some pros can't get shredded to save their life and they don't work at all, they only have to train and eat
and don't say it's because of some water manipulations bullshit, most still have fat to lose not water
I think it comes down to a theory that i have. The more muscle that you have the hungry you will be and the harder it is to fight temptation to binge. |
