I've come to the conclusion after 12yrs of training and dealing with negative muthaf*ckers that all the hatred and "all drugs" comments are from people who juiced and still couldn't look worth a shit, including me! I've bashed too and i'm done... Give credit where credit is due, juiced or not I couldn't look like that and 99.99% of the world couldn't!

Sup Sami, yeh last time i saw you was back in 2005. I actually haven't changed much since 2005 weight wise. When i saw you in Hollywood i was around 170lbs, in these new pics im 179lbs, so 9lbs in 2 years is not alot, but i think i added quality muscle in the right places. |

Matt, I usually wouldn't comment on how you look, because I figure you to be an attention whore that's just trying to use this board as a medium to get acknowledged, but this time, you look great.
I would be very happy with the body you are sporting right now. So fucking what if the calves aren't perfect!? That's not a big deal and can be improved on through time.
A few questions:
How's your diet looking like?
If you do use steroids, would you consider low-to-moderate or moderate-to-high use?

diet is pretty straight forward, foods consist of chicken ,tuna, rice, eggs, oatmeal, veggies, rice cakes, and allot of protein shakes, I'm like dexter he likes to drink alot of protein shakes, i have around 4-5 a day. On Sat & Sun i eat whatever i want mc'ds, pizza etc.. |

Yes i use it, why wouldn't I its free, i used it all during my 10 week diet, stuff works great, and helps you hold onto you muscle mass. |

I haven't put that much size on over that past 3 years, im in no hurry, just taking it slow and steady, keeping my waist in mind. |
