the bruise is caused by using a too wide bench. the edges get in the way doing flys.. If you guys lifted weights more often you would know this.

Yep, I noticed that as well. Well, it does look like he is on the tract to be Mr. O. The same thing happened to Vic Martinez, and everybody including Ronnie is saying he will be Mr. O.
