how many year have u been training?

I have come back from a lay off (3 year lay off), my arms are puny and size not as much as it used to be a few years ago (However ive been in a calorie deficit for 10 months!) i need to lose even more fat i think maybe thats the issue, just abit annoying for me not to be building much muscle this year.

I hadn't set foot in a gym for 5 years until like 6 months ago due to work etc (all in my training log along with my weak ass poundages ) But I have always been able to add muscle pretty fast and I do a bit of surfing and stuff that keeps me in shape. I guess I always just ate pretty well so the gains seemed to come back pretty well. I'm really looking to have a good shot at the MrGetBig next year, by then I think I should rock it . This year I expect to get blown away but it's been good motivation .



And I need a Tan baaaaaad

Cheers guys I appreciate the kind words, I think some of you are still over-rating me but I'll take the props until you all change your minds . I'm really not that big, I only weigh about 81 or so Kgs atm down from like 86 or so. I dropped about 4-5 kgs I think, I don't really weigh myself though, don't really see the point, it's the mirror that counts I guess . Thanks again .
