so imho i would have to say that doing cardio is good know matter what and furthermore to burn unwanted body fat the most ideal times would be first thing in the morning on an empty stomache or right after lifting weights....i have done the morning thing and it was fine just made me more tired i am going to start the after lifting thing and see what type of results i get from it

im in the military and i love what i do everyday...so yes work then lift then sex with my wife is heaven it all works out perfectly...
