Well, I don't want to be unkind here..........but I am sure many of us longer term ppl can recall Keith posting about how he was going to lose weight from over 3 years ago. He has been posting for years he will lose weight, and in that time has only gained even more weight apparently. It may seem cruel, but what he needs is a reality check. No more "planning to lose weight" - he just needs to stop making excuses and lose it if he cares at all about his health. I hope he does for his and his families sake...
I've seen this vicious cycle play out over and over. A person lets himself go for a while and, as a result, becomes less mobile and active. Because of the inactivity, the person gets bored, and to relieve the boredom, what do they do? You guessed it. They eat, become even less mobile, and have more time to eat.
Keith, if you're reading this, what you need to do is start walking, slowly at first, and build up to about 4-5 miles a day.
