my diet is not any different from when I trained, the only thing is I haven't trained. I haven't lifted a weight since January.
You morons who say I have been saying this for years know nothing about what has happened.
Spider bites do not cause fat gain... only a calorie surplus does that.
You said you stopped exercise and were frequently bedridden, yet your diet is "not any different that when you trained"?? Gee, I think we've found the problem.

If you cut your activity level by 500%, you must do the same with your calorie intake. You seem to think the only solution is to get back into the gym to make your calories out match your calories in... well if due to your spider bite you
can't get back into the gym consistently, then you
must cut your calorie intake. Seems you just skim right over that fact, refuse to cut your calories, and then say you will be fat until your leg lets you exercise. The answer is right in front of you:
quit fuccking eating so much!
