Maybe try some better lighting, and are you sure its set on the highest Megapixel setting?

There are 6 sets in in total, we are awaiting 4 more....6 hours or so left [I believe, 12am PST?]

Everyone has the newspaper/mag with the date, everyone is showing their full bodies in all pics [not cutting off legs/calves etc as we had last year a bit], everyone has pretty clear backgrounds so the physique is more on display....so good work on the guys with that and it is a slight improvement upon last year with those small details.

I guess I f*cked up bro , not really much to it. Its not like this is my living...thats obvious. I could of swore i was soo much better last sat, but no one was there so ..whatever, I guess I know what I have to do now.

more and more I am seeing that nattys should stay as lean as possible year round ( 9-12% )..then you won't expend so much energy in your contest prep

I tried dieting in July. Got the flu for a week.
I tried dieting in August. Sick for 3 days.
I tried dieting in Sept. Sick again.
