Only the front lat spread is scaled correctly. In the other shots, Dexter looks as wide as Dennis - he's not even close.

Oh, nah, that looks like it might even be a part of his untrained structure.  I mean, who's to say, but that's what I think.  Jeez how small would his waist be if he didn't have that space?  So see, that's what I'm suspecting, that it may just be a natural filler anyway that wasn't brought on by visceral pressures. 

But sorry, I thought you were referring to some fault of his midsection related to abdominal bulging in the transverse plane.

The "gap" between the abs is most likely caused by GH use.  Since the linea alba is connective tissue GH causes it to enlarge, which is what causes the "gap".  I don't know why this doesn't happen to everyone who uses GH. Genetics?
