thats proof enough. 8 hard reps with 90 lbs db shoulder presses proves it. = faaaaaar faaaar away from 405 for 5 reps on the bench

405x2 1/2 ..not 3 ...and 8 reps not hard. :) The most I've done was 100's for 10 ...but I almost never do front delts since they work a lot when benching...

props for finally admitting it...its pretty obvious seeing as to how controlled those reps were

250lbs looks about right for your chest development...try working it twice a week and see if you get any improvements
