180kg squat (and for 10 reps those 3-4 reps is shit) 160kg bench press 600kg leg press among other things do you know what i got from that? 0 mass gains and a lot of injuries had to stop leg training for 6 months due to my knees...I am trying to bring some sense to you just don't know if you are capable of visualize it.
