Actually, they're quite good photoshops: i.e., you can't tell the difference between them and real PM screenshots.

i won't deny that. but it's tricky to get the colors to match and to get the text to line up right.

I've started lifting again and am upto 195 - 200 and am a lot leaner than before. I aim to be around 225 around the end of the year
