freaky arms, but his narrow structure makes em look bigger than they are. there can be no doubt tho that not many bodybuilders have been as heavily armed on stage as heath is.

To all the people saying that heath is really narrow...look at levrone, he did just fine.

He knew exactly what to do with his narrow frame...get massive delts. Too bad you can't find esiclene anymore.

The real question I'd like to have answered is this: just what exactly does one have to do to add this much lean mass in a matter of months?

No, this is not a silly question. You see lots of amateurs and pros who word really hard for a whole off-season and look only slightly different, if that. The Gift just BLEW UP. How'd that happen
