Yes... they are quite large, but underneath that thin layer of babyfat is maybe a 15 inch arm.

Exactly. Funny thing is, plumphard's arms in that pic are no bigger than 18". By the time he lost the 150 lbs he'd need to lose just to not be considered "morbidly obese" anymore, his arms would top out at 15.5" $:-\$

I have to question the 28 % figure. No offence.

If true, it would mean he would be somewhere around 300 lbs when he hit 10% BF.

If he's 40% BF, he would be 250-260 when getting down to single digits.

I know what 40% bodyfat looks like, as I'm there now. This dude looks much fatter than even I do. Perhaps all his bodyfat is in his arms, shoulders and tits, and he is sporting a six-pack. I doubt it.
