In general, don't most of you guys and gals see a vast improvement in these European/Russian bodybuilders when compared to the US Olympia contenders? From the few photos I've seen, they appear to be harder and more ripped and with smaller mid sections (meaning no bloated guts) in most cases.

I tend to believe that the top BB competitors will be coming from across the Atlantic within the next few years and put most American pros to shame.

I sincerely hope not, but that appears to me to be the general trend today.

Do you think the Russian government supplies him with the Juice to succeed?

Russians have to be the best at everything they do. So I would say they do.

Remember Rocky VI

Difficult to compare real life with the movies, Bod, but I tend to agree that the Russians are more supportive of their athletes than the present situation in the US. I strongly suspect that the Russians are very supportive with those Russian athletes who have the ability to compete intenationally. Not sure if that support drifts down to the bodybuilders though.  But I'd bet does.

arent all those eastern eruopean and mid east guys going to take over bodybuilding cause they have way more access to gear than American?  I would think the future champions are going to come from the places that have the best and most gear.

only if they form their own league, as the IFBB pro division isn't letting too many of them in.  With 90% of the shows in the US, I don't think the IFBB wants too many foreigners.  (how else do you explain them giving a dozen or so pro cards to Americans each year?)

well the internet will change that,,,how much longer can they deny foreign athletes with far superior physiques? The public will be on to it eventually.
