Here’s my assessment of Joe's progress everyone. Conditioning is 90-95% there when compared to his younger photos posted on this thread. At around 199 pounds he looks to have 7-9 pounds to match the aforementioned conditioning. I’d say 4 to 5 pounds of water and 2 to 3 pounds of body fat. His arms are much, much , much bigger than his younger self, delts, traps, chest are very good, back is good legs are also very good but maybe just a tad light compared to upper body. Nice aesthetics shape and lines. Joe backed his shit up. More than most on this board can say.
My girlfriend and I will be at the show cheering him on. Old guys rule Joe. Give it your best.
