Notice that all these pics are almost four years old? Note her jaw getting progressively larger. Also, she's rolling with Species Nutrition. That Palumbo diet, boyyyyeeeee.

Danglers don't matter, IMHO. If the face is so busted that you keep having to explain your relationship to friends and family, that's overboard.
