" I'm still recovering from shoulder problems from the beginning of the year, and the layoff pretty much killed what little strength I had. I'm starting to see some gains again, but I'm still overall pretty weak. 315 on the deadlift, 185 on the squat, and 135 on incline barbell are where I'm pretty much stuck for the time being. It doesn't help that I've been sick a lot and that I'm in the process of moving halfway across the country, but I'm patient. I'm starting to get my diet back on track and up to about 3,500-4,000 calories a day, so hopefully I'll see some improvement from that. "
