6 months haha.  Just mentally tough and pushes himself.  And during that time didnt miss a meal or a protein shake.  Food works wonders!  Everyone in the gym is askin what i have him on... when in reality its food, hard work, and whey haha

Adonis has already said that he could only do 225 x 112 when he was at his fattest. I know he doesn't care all that much about bodybuilding anymore but he is still very lean.

But never proved it & refused to prove it. Personally I could care less how many times he can or can't deadlift 225.

I recall doing 40 or so (have to look back in workout notebook).....but my hamstrings were fried for the next 3 - 4 days.  I do recall how hard 30+ was.....after that its like each rep was twice as hard as the last.
