Nasser, like a lot of today's gh guys, has too wide and big a torso in relation to the arms. Doesn't look as good; arms haven't grown as much over the last 3 decades, in relation to torsos.

I think the front double bi shot is a lot more than just how good your arms or bi's are...so I'd say the guy with the big and wide torso has a better chance of beating the guy with the regulary torso in the pose.

That's in general, in Nasser's case I dont think his arms are too small for his torso, check it out this in pic (notice I take any excuse to post a nasser pic) lol

No, its not shopped. He, along with pretty much everyone else, has different shaped biceps. Its just more noticeable in some shots of Cutler.

Yates' arms are still too small for the torso even there at a higher bodyweight, bigger arms and better balance. No definition.
