i think he just recently discovered that supersetting pushdowns and curls is awesome for getting a good pump..its funny how dumb some people are, matter of a fact i wouldnt even expect a natural to have a day to train tri's.. he splits his body up like a juicer would, i think he mentioned today was chest day... he is such an inspiration, working on a enhanced training split while being truly natural and 33 years old.. btw meso dont bother quoting my post and writing a fucking haiku about im such a loser, yada yada etc..
