This question arised in various topics but I wanna get all information in one single topic.

What is your formula for good contest prep? I know in general that you prefer high dose tren, master and wins to the day of the contest, prop until 2 weeks out and lasix is that correct?

There are few problems which arise:

- do you think you can stay high carb zero fat until day of the contest? do you carb deplete / carbload?
- how do you manage water consumption? how do you manage sodium? do you cut water/sodium? if you do when do you do that?
- when exactly do you use diurectics, which diuretics do you prefer? how do you manage common side effects from them?
- i am talking about oldschool prep WITHOUT gh and slin
- what far burners do you use, when and why?

case study 1:

friend, local competitor. he prepared first time for a show after 12 years of lifting. very solid base. about 6', 220 pounds, 19" arms. did masteron, boldenon and propionate until day of the contest. no gh. he tried furosemide day before contest. he had horrible cramps, couldnt flex his quads. he tried fixing that eating a lot of bananas, made him look even worse and didnt help the problem. he ended up looking like shit and placing behind much smaller guys with worse foundation. what did he do wrong?

I took a trip to Rome and Paris and saw a lot of statues of Gods that were hundreds of years old. We've all seen them before, but they are pretty effing impressive in person. No these guys were not ripped and freaky like today's champions

, but they were not far off, either. How were there models for these statues hundreds of years ago? They looked like Grimek and the like, but enormous size.

Maybe there were people who were built like that and if they were, they were born that way. But I never see anyone like that just walking around etc.

From my Art History 101 course I remember they used exaggerated scale and proportions to determine the ideal, classic physique. Still the concept of the cornfed farm boy that's huge and deadlifts a truck but hasn't seen a gym or roid in his life is also of note here.

the gods were aliens ,, the tall beings,, they were not human blood,,now if you talk about humans back then that were overly musclar,,just take a look at the 170lb 5'10 fella that is 6% 2-4 weeks out from competition,,they look more impressive than average 200lb 12-15% gym rats correct? they look very impressove in pictures when everything is seperated and veins are all over,, and yes true naturals can have veins running on them ,, they are just smaller thinner fellas,, but they will look impressive in picture when 2-4 weeks out
