MY BODY IS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!
I have trained 5-7 days per week, 2-3 hours per day, for the last 10 YEARS! I eat a MEAL(500,1000 cals) every 2.5-3 hours! I have not missed more than a few meals in over 10 YEARS!! I have NEVER taken a week off in over 10 years, the most consecutive days I've missed was 4 days, due to an STOMACH VIRUS!
I started bodybuilding when I was 18, I am now 28. I didn't start using anabolic steroids until I was 21, and to this day--I've NEVER USED HGH, SLIN, TREN, DECA, or HIGH DOSAGES OF TESTOSTERONE!
When I look in the mirror every day, I am PROUD of what I have accomplished. MEN AND WOMEN respect and admire me, and I am treated special every day of my life. In the words or Arnold: "Being bigger and stronger than everyone else...is like being..RICH."
respect needs to be earned..... i do not respect anybody because of a physique.... lol...
bro, trust me... a lot of people look at you and think you are a meathead... dumb, and all muscle.... just a fact...
bodybuilding is not a sport, doesnt require talent as much as other sports. doesn't require athletic ability, doesn't require strength, power, etc etc
you think you are strong because you can lift some dead weight...? lol.... try and train a real sport.... do some circuit training , mma training.. lol...
about being treated special....
being treated special has nothing to do with being muscular....
i am muscular and lean at the moment, not huge.... i have been huge... and i have been normal....
i am always treated well..... only thing i notice about being huge is people put you in a box.... they label you, so if anything being huge works against a person in real life...
being treated special has all to do with aura and personality.... arnold would be just another bodybuilder if it was not for his awesome personality.... it was his personality that made him who he is.... bodybuilding was just a tool and he used it well!
lots of bodybuilders tried to step in his footsteps... ALL failed.. why

? no PERSONALITY!!!
and about you training 5-7 days a week, 2 to 3 hours a day... lol.... you are missing out on life and overtraining in a bad way....
also missing meals is no biggie dude... you should relax a bit....
you look great and you get flamed here for the wrong reasons... but saying you have not used this and that... bla bla bla... nobody cares here...
you USE... and probably lie about dosage like almost all bodybuilders.. lol...
you're body is built with drugs like every other drugged up bodybuilder... do not kid yourself... go off and see what will remain with your hectic lifestyle .... lol!
drugs are forgiving.... drugs are what bodybuilding is about.... even in the 70's and 80's when the physiques were awesome.... it was ALL DRUGS never forget that....
so when looking in the mirror, and feeling proud about your body.... remember it was 80 % drugs that made that body..... only 20% you..... just a fact....

be proud about being a good father....
be proud about being a good husband..
be proud about being there for family and friends..
be proud of building something from nothing.... businesswise...
but being proud of your body , which is all illusion and temporary is silly....
when you get sick, or for some other reason you can not train anymore... your precious body is gone....
what stays is you personality and the things i mentioned above....
