A fella 195lb 5'7" with average/bad genetics and bad proportions looks SMALL...good condition or not... It's not big...you can look "big" (at 195/5'7") with good proportions, nice muscle shape and good posing... Just my two cents...
30-32 inch waist.....wide delts....good v taper....thick back....thick full and complete pecs...17.5-19 inch arms...make a 5'10!! fella weighing 200lb look VERY BIG,,eventhough on scale he is not! when you look at him walking single digit in gymasium you will think 30lb bigger especialy especialy! if the fella is bodybuild and know his body ,,ofcourse bodyfat can not be in the doubles...
there is specific discription society uses to describe a bodybuild,,
1.huge...this is when bodybuild carry 200lb + and had good muscular development that go together with low bodyfat ,, this is when society will call him HUGE eventhough he may be 200lb lol ,,what will contribute to this huge description is the delts and pecs development and seperation and musculatory condition with the tight small waist,, reason he will not be refered to as ripped is because society only consider ripped fellas of group 2
2. the fellas in group 2 are those same bodybuild when they go from the 8% zone down to the 6-7%,,6.5% thats when they hear ripped all over the place from everyone,, ofcourse tann and veet matter because hairless body will show the defitniion to much higher degree
those same felas will be described as shredded when they get to 6% and under,,those diff are quite big to the eye and they are noticed mainly in pictures ...but also to the eye the seperation go up the more a fella is down in bodyfat which give him the description of ripped and later on shredded
8-9% 200lb will be described as huge
6.5-7% as ripped
6.5% and under ..shredded
by the way al can be achieved in matter of weeks as in 4-6 weeks if you a bodybuild,, you can go in 4 weeks from looking huge to looking shredded ,,why? because! the play ground is mainly water and little fat not mainly fat and little water,, its water bodybuild play with water between skin and muscle
