Just out of curiosity, what is a good amount of Test to use for a beginner? I hear numbers from 200mg a week up to, well, 2800mg as per OP. But the usually number seems to be around 500mg - 1000mg.
no. To clairify I'm not a beginger. I have cycled since 17. Several years later literally several. I stuck to the same doses. I'd do 2 cycles a yr. Than there was a few points I didn't touch the stuff for over a year or more. So I did a few at 17. A few at 19. Some 21. Than 23 get the drift.
But I always did the likes of 500 test 30 dbol. Or 500 test 400 deca. Same bullshit for years. Cause for several years people swore up and down to me I could become pro or pro size with these doses 500mg of test. Yes I gained a tonne of mass. From average to decent. But never no where near pro obv. I looked like a decent gym rat. Every cycle I'd be like gotta listen to the awesome bros on the forums cause its not all drugs. Its fucking hard diet and hard training.
each cycle I'd do diff shit n found out new stuff. Like omg dc training is what I been missing can't believe I wasted yrs on volume while dc is what I needed. No wonder I can't put on any more muscle. So I do dc and what happens. I gain 10lbs on cycle maybe 15. End it within next few months its gone again always going up 10lbs n losing it.
I never lost my initial gain of 50 or so lbs. But never got over it.
wasted years doing same dose shit cause everyone fools you and thinking its diet and training I'm missing. Yes you won't grow without diet even on 2g gear. But if diet is right ull grow.
so I've finally figured out the truth after seeing stavios log than reading gh15 n asked stavio questions on his use and it all makes sense now. I'm at the point where only hormones can maintain any more muscle over my weight which isn't much like gh15 states. And you ever come off. You will lose it eventually. Can't maintain 300lbs muscle on natty test like everyone fools us.
pissed off I wasted yrs n yrs n yrs n money and time doing same doses only to get somewhere first 2 or 3 cycles and never any further. Now that I've done this cycle and literally see all it takes is days and weeks to put on new muscle I'm so pissed.
