well it is hard to tell its only 1 picture of his back and triceps. I would say he is natural I have seen alot bigger dudes who are natural. he does not appear super fat or have a huge backside so over 15% dosnt seem right.and if he were on juice i would need to see a face and front side you can always tell by looking at someones face and chest.
