ESPN or somebody had this whole thing explaining the NFL channel/NFL ticket vs cable sage including history. I need to post it. Very interesting. Its half the leagues fault and half cables..I have both so i don't care but I'd be pissed if i didn't.

I think the sports package is only an extra 10 bucks per month. You get 16 sports channels including the NFL network.
On a side not , Brynt Gumbel is the worst announcer ever.
I'm talking Joe Thiesmen times 500.
The guy sounds like a fucking goober. So annoying. Gumbel kept saying " It appears (insert player) has a first down. Only thing was the player had a first down by a good 5 yards most times.

Now that I have it, I'm not quite as pissed off as I used to be, but Thursday night NFL - except on Thanksgiving - is BULLSHIT.

*No one* tops Al Michaels for mediocrity, especially given the hype about him for years. Gumbel's all right to me, no probs, and Theismann's one of the best announcers i've heard for years, you actually learn something listening to him as opposed to more hot air. |

Pumpster ur nuts...Michaels made the "Miracle" call and teamed with Madden does a fair job. The Gumble/Collinsworth team may be the worst team ever. Every time Collinsworth said somethin about the game, the exact opposite happened. They both suck.
