Seriously though, do you have some crazy arm workout I can try?
just try to up your weights man, honestly that's the only way, when you can bb curl 135 for some good reps and do close grips with 275 for a good set of 8-10 or dips with 130-150 pounds hanging off your waist you can't help but have big arms.

Thank you but I am very small, the huge guys at the gym dwarf my small 5'8" body. I need chest and arms. I dont want to get fat though. My girlfriend probably wouldn't mind though, its just about how I feel.

Just tell your gym buddies that your name is Bagdad Behzad, and you will be 300 pounds in their minds. 8)

You think they'll get bigger while if keep lifting the pink dumbbells.

Try to up the weights a bit every week. Do this consistently for 1-2 years and i assure you you'll grow more than 1 cm. At first i was also too much focussed on "form" and "feeling the muscle". All good and all, but you need heavy weights to grow. I started focussing more on that and i'm seeing good results. Also eat enough, caloric surplus of 500 cals should be enough to grow.

300 LBS OF PLUTONIUM IN YOUR FACE.

300 pounds of plutonium is nothing compared to the immense totalitarian force of Gary Busey:

I don't have time to count calories, I am a very busy man. Work 20 hours and 30 hours at school every week.

That = an excuse.

You make a diet in excel or something and calculate the calories. Then you measure up all the food in the morning every day, and make it, and you are set for the day. It saves time, and you get the exact amount of calories you need for bulking or ripping down.

I never plan my meals, it is a crap way of life. At best I can add a couple shakes and eat like I always do.

And this is the reason why you have not progressed a lot the last few years.

If you are not willing to pay the price, don't whine like a little bitch about not getting the results.

Change your diet.
Also, at 18 your metabolism is sky high.  So, putting on a ton of size, isn't easy.

Just eat some food..

You wont gain size otherwise.

Big shoulders, whats your military numbers?

Most I ever did was like 205 for reps.. hahaha brutal strength.  :-\

I'm telling you though, I was always stronger and a lot more muscular when I was fatter. You want to add some size, then you need to eat big for a while and then cut back. I'm not saying get all serious and shit and start eating everything in sight, but just set your goals on a certain amount of calories.

I was thinking a triceps/biceps workout that you have used with success.

Just make sure no workout is the same. The muscle responds to new impulses.
Different exercises, lots of sets for one week, fewer sets for the next etc. etc.

Switch up your sets/reps and do different angles.  You wont get big if you dont eat.  So many think that if they add 20min to there workout they will get bigger.  Most peoples problems is that they focus on training too much and dont eat enough.  Need make sure you do both equally.

Bingo. At that age, I was either partying, clearing the debris or making some gal. Looking back...pretty easy to see why results were absent.

/some of the funnest times of my life. i should have done time for some of that shit.

Like  others have said you need to get stronger. There's no magical routine that will make you grow. You just need some progression with the loads.

I would just cut out all the fluff and do very few basic exercises trying to get stronger. Like Squats on Monday, a couple of pressing exercises on Wednesday, and deadlifts on Friday. Plus food.

I am 18. If I eat like fuck my stomach balloons up, the feeling sucks. I am 160lbs. I want to reach 170lbs with 10% bf.
Just stay ripped and bang all the young pussy you can.  Being 32 isn't bad, but I'd rather be nailing high school chicks. ;D

I just did this and got aboutquarter to half an inch (but I have always neglected my arms).  4 parts over 12 weeks.  I've always found Ian King workouts to produce decent results.

a massive centimeter in two years! I need to do something else, any help?

My guess, you train like a sissy, eat like a sissy, sleep like a sissy, and drink and party every week.
result is you look like a sissy

train hard, eat good ( dont overbulk and get fat, ) , sleep alot, and try to limit your alkohol intake. train everything , not just arms, and don't ego lift do it properly

Hope this helps!
