Serious comment not making a joke...
Forearm growth or brachialis growth, you seem to have great brachialis.  They cause your biceps to appear larger, great job BTW keep up the good work.

Thank you Laurion.
I'll keep going with this for sure.
Now that I'm over the long hump and actually making noticeable gains;
it's much easier to stay motivated.

I can't wait to display an impressive level of natural muscle in the Getbig contest.
That is my short term goal. Any natural trainers feel free to pm me for training advice/questions. : }

Thank you m8, Kwon, and Slayer, for your words of encouragement.
I was feeling pretty depressed yesterday, and you cheered me up. : }

Dk, Finnpilot, those photoshops are fiercely funny. : }

You better train more than twice a week. What the fuck is up with that anyway?

Wait a minute.  You don't go to a gym.  You train with a set of weights from Walmart.  You don't train legs.

...and you want trainers to PM you for advice?

Why the rivalry between Mike & JP?  Both have a lot in common.  Neither trains legs and both are natural...oh snap!

I read most of this thinking it was a troll thread but I have seen you post confirmation photos and am really disturbed and concerned by the cutting - you really need to tell your therapist about this thread and tell him about what you're doing on it..it's all self-destructive.

 I think you look really good and should keep the training going.. You're building the kind of body that most people will like and see as muscular. If you really don't want to train legs then don't..However, don't let the situation reach the point where you have stick legs bulked onto a huge upper body as everyone - even hot 'chicks' not into bodybuilding will notice.

 For a few years I didn't train legs..just calves as my quads and hams were already overpowering everything from my playing a lot of sport and running.

Do what makes you feel happier and better..I am still sure that you're trolling a little on the thread but I have seen the pictures of the cuts - stop doing it. Please.

you look like a joke, good getbig fodder

Tip for building huge forearms:

After your last set of wrist curls use a good pair of grippers and squeeze them until your forearms are burning.

This is what I like to call the burn session. The last exercise for a particular part; using high reps, low weight, and a fast pace.

For example, my complete forearm workout looks like this:

1. Hammer curls - 2 sets
2. Brachialis/Reverse curls - 2 sets
3. Extensor curls - 2 sets
4. Reflexor curls - 2 sets
5. Reps with grippers until exhaustion - 1 set
6. Hold grippers closed as long as you can. - 1 set

My forearms never grew much until I added the two aforementioned gripper exercises.

Ya dude; I'm thinking that too.

My target area right now is abs. I could lose a bit around the stomach.

I might aim for 150 though; 145 sounds bad  :P

Thank you for the comment.

If that's you in your avatar, well, you look very impressive.

I even see striations across the chest.

I'm glad you can see what I'm aiming for.

I'm not trying to be the biggest bodybuilder; I'm trying to build a great body.

My therapist already knows what I do; thanks for your concern though.

So... write up your current routine...

p.s.:
Laura is melting down on you because she has her period and additionally ran out of anal lube - don't worry.

Today is arms day.

I break it down in two workouts per week:

Arms, and then everything else the next day.

Occasionally I'll just do everything in one day, however, that's not the norm.

Each exercise I do consist of 2 sets of 8 - 10 repititions, followed by what I call a "burn session."

The "burn session" means grabbing a very small weight and rapidly performing the motion until the muscle is burning and pumped.

The first two sets, are peformed slowly, contracting the muscle, and feeling the muscle work.

I don't use momentum; consequently, my poundages are not impressive at all.

Performing the exercises slowly allows you make good use of almost any weight;

the "burn session" merely ensures you've broken down the muscle entirely.

Stay Fierce : )
