The one guy interviewed is NY Giants Lineman Dave Diehl who attributes a lot of his success to his offseason training and that gym inparticular.  He's also from the Southside of Chicago...which inherently makes him better than most.

You can't deny that training with the eye of the tiger gives you a couple extra reps.

We all have to buy into that shit personally.  Saying it out loud though, haha, sounds a bit lame.

i actually don't get such good gains training full bore and going all out like that.

my body, in terms of muscle gain, benefits if I hold back the intensity and use more volume.

my recuperation is pretty bad though.
