Seriously? I've never seen the Label on Milos' "snake oil". I do know Surge is a hell of alot cheaper and just as good. At Large Nutrition has a great recovery suppliment as well (can't remember the name of it) but I want to try it.
Whatever I wanted! That was 2 protein bars, 6 egg whites cheese and mushrooms, a double cheeseburger no fries, 3 chicken enchiladas rice and beans, lasagna, 2 glasses of wine, 3 chicken breasts, and a sopilla....and I'm dieting and have six-pack abs...what did you eat? (It was a cheat meal day)
I like it toousually have one scoop during and one scoop post workout, mixed with some kind of whey, usually Beverly MP. I also like Mass Aminos (Beverly)

instant, ill usually have 5-10 cups a day fully loaded no creamerim back to the high carb low protien and medium fat so i can have chips iceccream and shit like that. as long as i dont eat meats or eat minimal amounts of meat i never have the full and sluggish feeling. Im drinking 2-3 gallons of water a day and it really pays off
