in the second pic were your doing the FDB you look pretty good, but those lifts seem a bit far fetched

Just terrible, his claims aren't outrageous, but I don't think the guy in the pictures could pull 400 for reps on deadlift, I only read the first page....I have a short attention spa............

Yeah def not anywhere near 400 for reps on DL. He has no traps to speak of. Then again, maybe he isn't going for the "big and strong" look

TBH I think the 225x10 would crush him as well. I'm sure he exaggerated his lifts, but nowhere as bad as some others. Where are all these newbs coming from, posting their pics within 100 posts, expecting to be hailed some kind of bodybuilding/powerlifting gods?
