mate, you're fit...prob more than you realise. I bet you could smash a selection with a few months training, but yeah better to start with a tough to gauge what it's like. thigh injuries are shit though. I've ripped my adductor right off years ago that never repaired. looks weird but got back to full fitness after about 9 months. just aches now.
Thanks man - appreciate it. But I don't know if you followed Soul Crusher when he posted here, but he's a fucking machine with this stuff and HE wouldn't even try selection. That's for the 100 push up / 100 situp guys and it's 48 hours straight madness.
I hear you on the thigh.......i'm fine, but it's always "there".........tore it on a bodyweight lunge, of all things, and it was the back leg.
