This is my second week 3. On deadlifts, I've been exceeding the rep range.

The hex bar may be giving you an advantage in reps over a straight bar? Haven't used a trap bar enough for a truly honest opinion, still wouldn't strap in. chalk up, work grip strength. I used static holds and behind the back barbell rolls to help keep my grip from failing.
