and one coffee (sugar, choc syrup) and one scoop of protien powder
probably finish this cup then do another set then after that have protein or nothing it all depends, always go with how you feel.

yes those highreps lunges are awesome, i dont have dumbels, i just hold plates in my hands. start off with 45 pound plates and work my way down, 10 minutes straigth, its great for maximus glutes, you know how chicks love the maximums, and for the hamstrings. I can tell you one thing, ive started growing again, nothing to do with training, i started eating protein again, the diet is so much important its ridiculous, you can grow much better at 60 % training with protein then 100% training with bad diet.
