For ex, Back workout....How many exercises you do at 1 set?
OK, I just finished my chest & back workout 20 minutes ago .
Now is my off-season ,so today I did as following :
ChestBarbell bench-press 20 sets(15-5 reps,
almost no rest) super-set with 15 sets of cable closs-over.
incline barbell press 10 sets
Backlats pull-down (cable & rope)20 sets
smith-machine bent-over rowing 15 sets
