thats weakling weight, that weight on that rack is like benching 200 lbs, I use to do that for 50 reps easy, kimbo would beat his ass like no tomorrow!

hey, I guess when you guys do a drop set, by the end of the last set.....after all the pump in your legs,  I suppose you guys  do a total range of motion and lock out taking the pressure off your muscle...........I knew it.........you tools dont know how to train, I finally got it.

why didn't you point out that it was a drop set? and if it was what did you start with 38 plates per side?

EXACTLY.
On Hammer Strength the leverages are too good , thus allowing kids to put 5 plates per side and bang out a few reps. I would guess neither of these 2 guys could do 315 for 1 rep on the flat bench.
