I think that's a hasty conclusion.  When they are not dieting they look pretty normal/age appropriate.

I wouldn't say he is finished or his best days are behind him but I will say his best DEALER is finished so it's a little hard to achieve that conditioning/look when his #1 hook-up got pinched.

Branch will remain a good top ten pro. His lat is not detached at all. He's got too big for my liking, but the judges will still place him high(ish)
