Man he really f--ked up. In 2001 he looked so good.

2002 Mr.O he got too heavy in the offseason and had to deplete at the last minute so ended up 237 instead of 245 the previous year.

Then still kept getting too heavy in the offseason and ruined himself. So much potential, should have taken it easy in 2002, trained for deeper cuts and slow size but i guess though he could eat and drug his way to 270 onstage or something............... ...

I see that everyone is suggesting he will NOT BE A FACTOR in any contest...that his time is gone and physique going in wrong direction...

Well...I can tell you that KK is coming to Ironman "swinging" and ready to fight.
He is training like the mad dog and dieting 100% on the mark.
He is at his all time biggest and best at this point of his usual contest preparation - and he actually allowed me to post the photo from last week...but for some reason I cannot upload it from my PC here at work...

In short: KING IS NOT FINISHED!

Kamali manages to be first to look off in the 5 week out pics from Milos.

its simple if your 220 and your arms arent getting bigger and they are already identified as a weak point, then dont get bigger, all these guys do is up the dosage with no actual thought process, Milos your stocks sinkin quicker than citibanks, i thought even you would have tried to get this idiot to come in at a lighter weight where his weak points wouldnt be so obvious, nice work on the gut though bro, its definately got your touch to it, a lot like Gustavos, more out in front of the masterpiece you did on D James,his is a lot wider, I just hope Dennis Wolf doesnt follow down that path, as that is a physique i would hate to see you fuck up and is probably the only white man who could win an olympia with his physique on its merits.

These were taken on 12/13/07 and he looks virtually the same.
I checked Milos's site and Kamali's and I'm not so sure the posted pic is a
5 week out pic. Notice the same hat in the same position although
the shorts may be different. Just giving him the benefit of the dought
because he looks more than 5 weeks out in the supposed recent pic.

One thing I have seen is Milos work his clients to be in excellent shape come contest time. But, King Kamali lives in New York, and Milos is here in Southern California, which means that it may be quite physically demanding to see how Milos can get KK ready for the Ironman. Four weeks away.

2008's Ironman is one of the toughest contests in years, with an excellent lineup. Top five place for the Olympia. Phil Heath, Toney Freeman, Silvio Samuel, David Henry, Will Harris, Troy Alves, Gustavo Badell.

Because of Victor Martinez, and Hidetada Yamagishi's drop from the Arnold Classic, there may be two special invites to the Arnold, of those one who place the best at the Ironman.

The Ironman had some serious meaning now. Top 5 Olympia, perhaps an Arnold Classic special invite for those who are not in the AC yet.

Can King Kamali do it? I, for one, am quite interested to see how King does.

With no Muscletech contract, King needs a good showing, at least for himself, and if he can look better than he did last year, I think many fans will be happy.

But am I predicting him in the top 5... not this year.. not with this lineup.

If all of the above actually do the Ironman, it could one of the better contests in many years.

The lightning at Ironman makes a big difference in how the BB's look, they usually look better than at the ASC.
