Dude I Would love to see you do won of Miloses workouts you wouldnt make it half way through. Johnny is training the  Muscles not the Ego . Thats WHy JJ is an Olympia competitor and we are not.

You are suppsed to to squeze the shit out of an upright row if you dont your letting the momentum do the weight wich doesnt help anything to grow. Ronnie sometimes takes 5 seconds going up for these type of Rows so the Delts will grow and not his lower back from the swing . Again stop wearing about the weight.

Nope.  I'm living down in Clearwater.  I won't be back up north until the Ohio State/Toledo game this fall.  I just could not deal with the snow and cold anymore

Man, I miss Ohio.  Its different down here.  The weather is GREAT, but its just not the same.  Its all SEC bullshit!!!  I miss Big Ten Football and going to see the Indians and Browns.  I'm especially going to miss the Arnold.  LAst year was the first time I missed that show EVER.  Been to everyone sine 1989.
